The Organisation
The promoter of the “Win A Kia” lottery (the “Draw”) is St. Anne’s AFC Ballylinan (the “Organisation”). The Organisation’s committee will oversee the Draw, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Authorisation
The Draw is fully licensed under Section 28 of the Gaming and Lotteries Act 1956 (as substituted by Section 12 of the Gaming and Lotteries (Amendment) Act 2019). A license was granted by Athy District Court on 26 March 2025. The Organisation will maintain full compliance with all licensing requirements and applicable Irish law.
Purpose
The objective of the Draw is to raise funds to support club development and facilities at St. Anne’s AFC. No committee member will derive any personal profit from the Draw. All proceeds will be allocated to club development and maintenance.
Eligibility
The Draw is open to residents of the island of Ireland who are natural persons aged 18 years or older. Any lottery tickets purchased by individuals under 18 will be declared null and void and excluded from the Draw. The Organisation may request proof of age or identity for compliance purposes.
Prize
The first prize is a 261 Kia Sportage K3 (standard specification) valued up to €50,050. There is no cash alternative. Insurance, registration, and tax are the responsibility of the winner. If the winner wishes to choose a different model of the Kia Sportage, they can do this. If the value of the alternative trim the winner chooses is more than €50,050, the winner agrees to pay the difference to the dealership.

- €50 for 3 tickets
- €100 for 7 tickets
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that the Draw is cancelled. A maximum of 15,000 tickets will be available.
Conduct of the Draw
The Draw will take place on 6 January 2026 at St. Anne’s AFC, Ballylinan, Co. Laois.
The Organisation reserves the right to extend the Draw Date, and/or change the Draw Venue, with timely notification to ticket holders through the Organisation’s website and social media channels.
An independent observer will oversee the Draw to ensure fairness and transparency. The Organisation bears no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
Prize Winner
The winner will be contacted via phone, email, or letter within seven days of the Draw. The winner must contact the Organisation to claim their prize and may undergo a verification process.
The winner will have up to three months from the Draw Date to claim the prize. If the prize is not claimed within that period, the Organisation reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Delivery of the car may take up to 30 days or more from the time the winner has completed verification. The prize is non-transferable.
Liability and Indemnity
The winner is responsible for registration, insurance, and taxation. The Organisation accepts no liability for issues arising post-delivery of the car. Decisions of the Organisation are final.
Amendment/Cancellation
The Organisation reserves the right to amend these terms and/or cancel the Draw. Any changes will be published on the Organisation’s website and social media channels.
If the Draw is cancelled, 100% of the ticket cost will be refunded to all ticket purchasers.
Data Protection
Personal data will be retained only for the duration of the Draw and necessary periods thereafter. By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to their data being used in connection with the Draw and, if they win, in publicity materials and necessary third-party communications (e.g., for car handover). All data will be handled in accordance with Irish data protection laws.
Severability
If any clause in these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in full effect.
Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which are governed by Irish law. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the Irish court
